CERN is arranging a two-day Thematic Industry Days in virtual form for suppliers in the fields of cabling, assembly and industrialisation of electrical cabinets/switchboards, power converters and switchgears.

If your company has never worked with CERN before, this event is an ideal forum at which to make contacts and present what your company can offer. Send your company details to Big Science Sweden (details below) and CERN may select your company for in-depth discussions.

Day 1 (morning session), will include interesting and useful presentations on working with CERN, procurement procedures, and upcoming needs.

Day 1 (afternoon session) and Day 2 are primarily aimed at prospective suppliers, with participation by invitation only (see instructions below).

Plenary Session

• Introduction to CERN with Director/DH of CERN)
• Procurement procedures and regulations with CERN Procurement Service
• Technical presentations by technical officers on upcoming requirements.

Day 1, afternoon, and Day 2

• B2B meetings with CERN, for companies selected by CERN
• B2B meetings between existing suppliers
