Visit Big Science in Germany

We invite you to join us on a study visit to the European XFEL, DESY, and the Hamburg science innovation ecosystem. The intensive three-day programme includes site visits, meetings with engineers and technicians, 1-to-1 meetings, networking opportunities, and meetings with members of the Hamburg science innovation ecosystem.

This study visit is arranged by BigScience.dk, together with BIGINN partners from Lithuania and Spain. We hope you would like to join us and other member companies.

Why you should participate

The trip offers many opportunities to expand your network and find potential collaboration and business partners, and you will also learn more about an XFEL and DESY on site. In addition, the programme includes:

A guided tour of the facilities
Information about upcoming procurements
Individual meetings with relevant people
Informal networking events - dinner and barbecue

Deadline

The deadline for application is 28 April. The number of places is limited and will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

Funding

Participating companies will be eligible for a ClusterXchange mobility scheme grant, EUR 415, to cover travel and other participation expenses. Please contact Esther Davidsen, Eda@teknologisk.dk, for more information.
