Swedish companies already sell products and services to Big Science research organisations to a value of SEK 100-200 million per year. Swedish industry and society also benefit from the transfer of technology developed at the large research facilities for use in other applications.

“We're not talking about production of bulk goods like toilet paper and iron ore, but things like advanced electronics, nuclear technology, robotics, new production methods, and new types of materials and systems.”
